With the marketing that is planned people learn they have choices, which are alternatives to the medical pharmaceutical sickness industry; the added education will become part of their guidance system that will improve their health as well as beauty. Until the third part of the three part guidance system “education” is made available, the majority of people had only operated on two parts of this three part system and those were: Pleasure and Fear. With education they can now guide themselves with all three, intelligence, pleaser and fear. With education they become coachable and that makes treatments and products successful through their willing consistency; developed through their new found knowledge. When they learn that drugs have endless side effects and that blind trust in the doctor should be in question, only then can they begin to guide their lives with knowledge and education. No longer will they wait on fear to guide them toward taking synthetic pharmaceutical drugs from their doctor that only mask a symptom; with the Aging Younger Clinic concept, products and technology, they will then have choices for prevention of the disease rather than drug treatment for symptoms and the nutrients proven with high tech testing that will properly aid their prevention or recovery from the results of their past poor choices. This may be practiced right in the comfort of their home and from the clinic that may be located in each hometown. The profit sharing program with my equity partner will be 70% David to 30% Partner, LLC developed for the partnership, which will be established with a letter of commitment in the form of a 50 million dollar letter of credit, necessary for the long term business partnership, which will be put in place at the same time the joint venture agreement is signed. Note to the investor partner, the possibility exists that after starting the first five clinic business functions, which requires 6.7 million that these beginning clinics may be able to sustain growth at an acceptable rate, shown by my projection of financial activity for each clinic, and the entire investment could well then be accomplished with the initial 6.7 million initial; but the letter of credit must be on file in the bank, to insure the success rate of growth without interruptions. The key is to develop the first five clinics, with the patentable training and marketing strategies and techniques designed by David. It will help build the organization, which has the probability to become viral in its expansion, to sustain an acceptable planned growth pattern across the US market. Each specially trained team will be mandated and rewarded to train teams of five and each subsequent team will have the same incentives to train teams and each to answer to their training team that will create a viral pattern of growth. It costs the same to market one clinic in a surrounding area as it does for the five beginning clinics.
